Had a great time being back in welding world yesterday after not being a part of it since 96 or so. Yikes! Had the awesome help of Jules Morstein and Alejandro Nieri and their badass metalworking skills! Thanks guys! They helped me finish up the steel armature for one of my pieces included in the 2011 Texas Biennial. Super huge thanks to friend and photographer Chris Patunas for giving up his Sunday and for his invaluable help documenting the pieces for the catalog!
